There is a known Kurve issue where Kurve record backups created in one environment cannot be restored in a different environment if the record was previously migrated in the source environment.
When this happens
This occurs when you export a migrated Kurve record from a source environment and then try to restore that migration in a target environment.
The restoration in the target environment will fail for those migrated records.
Workaround:
- In the target environment: Delete the affected Kurve record(s) using the Admin Portal, and then delete them again in the Restore Records view to ensure they are permanently deleted.
- In the source environment: Restore the Kurve migration for the affected Kurve record(s).
- Re-export the record from the source environment and re-import it into the target environment
This issue is actively being worked on and is planned to be fixed in our next release (v2.2).
