Are you encountering issues with Kurve users being able to see Kurve Graphs and Reports, be sure to check out the tips below:
- Have you checked the Kurve Access security group and ensured they have been added?
- Have you checked their licenses? If they do not have any licenses in their profile, access to all TRIRIGA Perceptive Applications will be blocked
- Examples of licenses to check for Real Estate Manager, Workplace Operations Manager, Facilities Manager, etc.
- Do your users have a Geography or Organization set on their profile? Or did the creator of the graph/report have a Geo/Org set?
- The Geo/Org of a user will impact what a user can/cannot see
- If the creator of the graph/report has a Geo and/or Org set on their profile, only users in that same Geo/Org will be able to see the record in Kurve.
- This is because the Geo/Org of the creator will get saved on the record
- The easiest resolution to this is to remove the Geo/Org saved on the Kurve record
