Are you encountering issues with Kurve users being able to see Kurve Graphs and Reports, be sure to check out the tips below:

  • Have you checked the Kurve Access security group and ensured they have been added?
  • Have you checked their licenses? If they do not have any licenses in their profile, access to all TRIRIGA Perceptive Applications will be blocked
    • Examples of licenses to check for Real Estate Manager, Workplace Operations Manager, Facilities Manager, etc.
